The COST Action Distant Reading for European Literary History is coordinated by a Management Committee and structured into Working Groups.

  • In the Management Committee (MC), each country participating in the Action is represented by regular and substitute members;
  • The MC is supported by a Core Group of Action members who fulfill particular coordinating roles in the Action, namely the Action Chair and Vice Chair, the working group leaders, and several other roles (these roles are listed below);
  • Work in the Action is organized into four working groups, WG1 on Scholarly Resources, WG2 on Methods and Tools, WG3 on Literary Theory and History, and WG4 concerned with Dissemination;
  • Finally, the COST Action is supported by a Science Officer as well as an Administrative Officer at the COST Association.
